What excites me

I love attacking ambiguous, complex problems and systematically detangling them into simple, meaningful threads. The design fundamentals I live by, that extend well beyond my career, are:

• Define problems rigorously Flip I slow down at the start so the brief isn’t a guess. Naming the real constraint early keeps the team from solving the wrong thing beautifully.
• Learn by building Flip Sketches and prototypes beat endless debate. I put ideas in front of reality quickly, then let what I learn reshape the next pass.
• Leave things better Flip Whether it’s a flow, a file, or a handoff, I try to leave the next person with more clarity than I inherited.
